1.The fin forming machine must be safely grounded to ensure security before connecting electricity.
2.Do not operate the fin machine if you aren't a trained operators. The fin producing machine operator need master the procedures, working principle and performance of fin machine before independent operating.
3. Carefully and meticulously operate the fin punching machine to avoid risk.
4. Check the parts lubricated such as CAM device, slide block, upper and lower guide rail every day. Oiling one time every 30 minutes. ISO VG32 or ISO VG 46 machine oil is recommended.
5.Check whether the belt is excessively worn, parallel, too tight or too loose for the surface of the belt weekly. Please adjust or replace the belt in time if it doesn't conform to standard.
6. Keep work table clean and good surrounding environment.
7. Check the quality of lubricating oil termly. Gear lubricating oil is replaced every three months, other lubricating oil every two months.
8. It is necessary to stop the fin molding machine immediately to check and maintenance if find abnormal or faults in the operation.
